Like any good story, let's start at the beginning. The journey begins on a ski slope in Alta, Utah with a picnic good enough for a king or queen! Continuing to Smgen, a small fishing village on the west coast of Sweden, we'll showcase the fish & seafood specialties of Restaurant Magasinet. The journey comes full circle arriving back to Salt Lake City with the delicacies of Absolute! Restaurant & Brasserie and Dijon Bistro Provencale. All of this takes place before we start our first live adventure, "cooking with kimi".
