PAN-SEARED HALIBUT WITH SAUT←ED SEAFOOD IN DILL BEURRE BLANC


DESCRIPTION:
Excellent for a Friday night dinner! Aromas galour will fill your kitchen from the fresh dill and seafood! You can use either Halibut or Mahi Mahi for this dish! In the video I have used Mahi Mahi. Also, in the video I have coated the Mahi Mahi with some flour and our kimistyle citrus provence seasoning. Honestly......I prefer the fish without the coating! However, for those of you who need to coat your fish place a couple of tablespoons of our kimistyle citrus provence and a cup of flour in a medium sized plastic container. Stir to combine and then toss the fish fillets into the flour mixture, coating all sides evenly. Shake off the excess flour! Place in the preheated pan and continue to cook as per recipe!

Enjoy with a semi dry Riesling or Viognier!
