SHRIMP & LOBSTER DIABLO OVER LINGUINI PASTA


DESCRIPTION:
Before you get started, understand that Diablo means devil in Italian! So, the "heat" of this dish depends on how many peppers you add! Personally, I like the dish just the way I wrote it!! But, there are people that don't enjoy as much heat so start out by adding only half of the jalapeno, habanera, yellow and serrano peppers that you have diced up!! Keep the remaining on the side and then try the sauce once it has cooked down a few minutes. If you want more heat, then add more if you need it! You don't want to over kill your guests with this devilish dish!! Make sure to use all of the baby yellow, orange and red peppers!! They are sweet and colorful!

My favorite is to pair this with ZD Chardonnay Reserve or J Wilkes Pinot Blanc! Either would put out the fire nicely!!
