KIMISTYLE MEMBERSHIP TERM AND RENEWAL:  The initial membership term is selected by you, our kimistyle member upon registration, committing you, our member to a subscription for the time frame of your selection.  There are no cancellations or refunds of the initial membership fee.  Upon expiration of the initial membership term, every membership will automatically renew for the same period of time as the initial membership term.  Put simply, an initial 3 month membership will automatically renew for another 3 month term; an initial 6 month membership will automatically renew for another 6 month term; finally, an initial 12 month membership will automatically renew for another 12 month term.  You are financially responsible for all associated subscription fees for the subsequent membership terms unless you opt to cancel the subsequent membership term, which we really hope won’t be the case!!  We want you to enjoy kimistyle as much if not more than we are enjoying the opportunity of offering our membership to you!!  You may at any time upgrade your membership, just email us at members@kimistyle.com and we will prorate your account!

KIMISTYLE CANCELLATION POLICY:  The initial membership term in non-refundable.  You may cancel your subscription after your initial membership period, unless the offer you have selected specifically does not permit cancellation within a specified period of time.  To cancel, you must call our customer service team, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time at the following telephone number: 1.480.326.4121.  Our customer service facility is closed on the following holidays:  New Years Day, January 1; Easter Holiday Weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday); Memorial Day Weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday); Fourth of July; Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday); Christmas Holiday (December 24, 25 and 26th); New Years Eve, December 31.  However, www.kimistyle.com is open 24/7 365 days a year………so that is one great reason to join!!  You can always watch our cooking and traveling shows!!  Whenever it suits you!! Isn’t that great?!!  And we don’t have any annoying commercials or pop-ups at kimistyle!!

Cancellations are accepted within the first 10 days after the automatic renewal has been charged to your credit card.  If the 10th day is during one of our closed holidays, please note you will have until the following open business day to cancel the renewal fee.  We sincerely hope you enjoy kimistyle and our wish is that you will continue your membership, since we will always be adding new features, recipes, cooking videos, traveling videos, cooking & traveling articles and much more!  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at members@kimistyle.com.  Cancellations are not accepted via email, unless we specifically ask you to confirm your cancellation via email once you have contacted us by telephone.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL:  After the initial membership term ends, your membership will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged on the day after the membership ends and will continue to renew on the same date each subsequent membership term as long as you are a member of kimistyle!  Put simply, an initial 3 month membership will automatically renew for another 3 month term; a 6 month membership will automatically renew for another 6 month term; finally, a 12 month membership will automatically renew for another 12 month term.  You are financially responsible for all associated subscription fees for the subsequent membership terms unless you opt to cancel the subsequent membership term.  You may upgrade from a 3 month or 6 month membership to a 6 month or 12 month membership at the current rate of $39.95 and $49.95 respectively.  Just email us at members@kimistyle.com and we will make the changes to your account!  How fantastic is that!!

FREE TRIAL PERIOD:  Please try kimistyle for free before joining kimistyle.  Just click on the “try kimi for free” button on the home page of www.kimistyle.com and you can preview three of our cooking videos.  This will give you an understanding of our recipe format, an illustration of our cooking videos and a preview of how the videos stream over the internet.  It is to our best understanding that our small format videos stream at 340 bits/second and our large videos stream at 760 bits/second.  Broadband internet access is ideal for kimistyle.  A high-speed DSL connection should also work for the small video formats, but please try the free trial first so you make sure the streaming capability works with your internet service!  Kimistyle wants to make friends, not enemies, so please understand that is why we are offering this free trial so you have the chance to check out the streaming capability!  We are real people, extremely sincere and our wish is that you join kimistyle so together we can have a lot of fun creating some tasty treats!! REFUNDS ON KIMISTYLE PRODUCTS:  You may elect to return any of our kimistyle spices, teas, cookbooks and any other products within 3 days of receipt.  Please call our customer sales number, 1.480.326.4121 to receive a return permit identification number.  You will receive a refund only for the product itself.  Postage and handling costs are not refunded.  You will have to pay the postage to return the product to kimistyle as well.
