BROILED LOBSTER TAIL TOPPED WITH SHRIMP PROVENCALE
DESCRIPTION:
Turn on the French Music, open a nice bottle of Meursalt and let the fragrances of the provencale butter whisk you away to Juan les Pins on the French Riveria!! This dish is almost as magnificent as sitting in an outside cafe, people watching, in the heart of provence!! Just in case you don't have the time to jaunt over the atlantic, this concoction will just have to do!! Serve with some foccacia or crusty french baguette! A nice Meursalt or Chablis Premier Cru would pair nicely!
