SANTA MONICA CHEESE STEAK
DESCRIPTION:
This recipe is a new take on a classic favorite...Philly Cheese Steak. Here I've combined all of the roasted sensations of peppers and tomatoes with a nice juicy ribeye steak and some lightly tossed arugula and mache leaves and served it on garlic ciabatta!! Now...how great does that sound.....?!!
