DESCRIPTION:
Here is a new little twist on the familiar Shrimp Cocktail. We served this at our Restaurant Absolute for many years! We have this every Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve! Sometimes I will even serve it over garlic toast as a sandwich!!
Perfect for a nice summer day, by the pool with a glass of Pinot Grigio!!
