CHANTARELLE MUSHROOM RISOTTO
DESCRIPTION:
Chantarelle mushrooms are simply divine!! My father-in-law, Pappa Hans would always take Staffan and I out mushroom hunting in the Swedish forest! We would search for gold chantarelles, trumpet chantarelles (tratt kantareller in Swedish!)and morel mushrooms! Join us on our kimistyle culinary tours of Sweden.......there we will be trekking the forests for mushrooms and berries!
