GREEK ORZO WITH OLIVES, GRAPE TOMATO AND FETA


DESCRIPTION:
Inspired from a tasty dish we enjoyed on Corfu back in 1983 when Staffan and I took an inter-rail trip from Sweden down through Europe and then out into Greece and some of the Greek Islands! We stayed at a real dump called the Pink Palace, where our bed fell apart when we sat on it later in the afternoon! But when you are 21 years old, madly in love and enjoying the sun on a beautiful Greek island, you can't let a broken bed interrupt the experience!!

For a real Greek experience try this with our Roasted Leg of Lamb and a bottle of Retsina!
