COCONUT CURRY SHRIMP & CRAB CAKES WITH MANGO CHUTNEY AND VEGETABLE ISRAELI COUS COUS


DESCRIPTION:
These are simply scrumptious!!! I served them the other day with our Cloudberry Chutney and Roasted Pepper Mozzarella Salad and it was a big hit!! Here we have the Mango Chutney and Cous Cous.......either way you will definetly enjoy these moist little cakes! Serve with Trinchero Family Estates Chardonnay!!

Just a little side note.....the curry really makes this dish unique! But if you don't like curry, simply leave it out and the flavors will still be really good! The crunchieness of the peppers and all of the fresh herbs enhance the flavor and help keep it moist!

PREPARATION/COOK TIME:

25 minutes prep time, 20 minutes cooking time
