PORTOBELLO-CRUSTED PRIME RIB WITH FRENCH VEGETABLE GRATIN AND PORT WINE REDUCTION


DESCRIPTION:
I could never be a vegetarian......and that is totally due to the fact that I LOVE Prime Rib!! Probably my favorite meat, prime rib and rib eye steaks have so much flavor due to the fat surrounding the meat and the fat marbling within the meat. Another of my favorites is portobello mushroom, so this combination is totally bursting with favorite flavors and textures! Make sure to serve with a Malbec, an Australian Shiraz or a Spanish Rioja Reserva or Gran Reserva!

Make sure to invite me over for dinner when you are serving this dish!!
