kimistyle will be officially launched at the Minneapolis Food & Wine Experience Expo, February 23 to 25, 2007!!! The excitement is bubbling inside me........I feel like a champagne bottle that has been shaken but the cork hasn't blown off quite yet!! This journey started on December 31, 2005 when I set my goals for 2006!!
As I write this, exactly one year later, I can't believe how far we have come with all of the cooking videos, travel videos, culture & design elements, recipes, creative ideas and content! So with my entire heart, I hope you enjoy kimistyle as much as Charles, Joe, Staffan, Robert, Sune and I have enjoyed creating it!!
A special thanks to ZD Wines, Sjoeblom's Champagne, Trinchero Family Estates, Cowgirl Creamery, Pelican Inn, SAS, Kosta Boda, Orrefors, Gourmet Grn, Gu V￤rdshus, Port Hotel, Radisson Sky City, Stockholms Fisk and everyone I have forgotten to mention that have helped develop our first two travel excursions!!
