ROASTED BEETS WITH BABY FIELD GREENS AND GORZONZOLA VINAIGRETTE
DESCRIPTION:
One of my favorite vegetables of all times would have to be beets! So, you will always find me trying to add them into a salad or dinner entree any chance I get! You'll love the flavor once the beets are roasted with the olive oil!
