CHOCOLATE GANACHE
DESCRIPTION:
Can there be anything more heavenly than chocolate ganache??? I doubt it!! This is perfect for icing a cake, as a chocolate sauce or to make homemade truffles! How can that be possible? While as the chocolate cools, it goes from a warm consistency that is perfect for hot chocolate sauce to room temperature and a fantastic icing for a cake or scone! Then once it is refrigerated, it turns into a heavenly soft consistency that is ideal for homemade truffles!! Just make sure you use a really good American chocolate, like Ghirardelli, or a European Belgian or Swiss Chocolate.
PREPARATION/COOK TIME:
5 minutes prep time, 5 - 10 minutes cooking time
