DESCRIPTION:
Tired of your traditional pot roast? This Spanish inspired dish will satisfy your tastebuds! The roasted vegetables will melt in your mouth and you'll be licking up the Madeira Sauce from your plate! Make sure to serve with a aromatic Spanish Rioja! You can try a Crianza (at least 2 years aged in cask), a Reserva (at least 3 years aged in cask)or a Gran Reserva (at least 5 years aged in cask).
