KIMI OPENS NEW RESTAURANT AT SOLITUDE MOUNTAIN RESORT
On May 1, 2009 Kimi and Staffan Eklund took over the ownership of the former Creekside Restaurant at Solitude Mountain Resort. Re-opening on June 3, 2009 under the new name....kimi's mountainside bisto, Kimi and Staffan have spent the month of May remodeling the restaurant and adding new atmosphere on the outdoor patio, making it a relaxing, cozy place to sip on a glass of wine while tickling your tastebuds on Chef Matt and Kimi's new summer fresh menu.
