What are you doing for Father's Day this year? Try this special Swedish treat to show your Dad how much you appreciate him! When my Dad visited us in Sweden he loved all of the special berry tortes that we would try at the konditori! It was exactly a year ago today, as I add this dessert to kimistyle, my father passed away from cancer, that I think back on the wonderful times we spent together and wish he was here to see me launch kimistyle in Minneapolis this coming Friday! He was extremely special and my brother and sister and I miss him tons! So this father's day, say a prayer for all of those who have passed on before us, and then dig in to this wonderful treat that will bring a smile to your fathers already cheerful face!
